Nirupama Subramanian

Nirupama Subramanian has extensive experience in training, consulting, sales and account management over a career that spans 16 years.

Currently Nirupama conducts workshops on the development of leadership, communications, and professional skills; she also leads content creation projects. With her unique blend of operational experience, training expertise and in depth business understanding, she designs and delivers performance solutions for corporate clients across a wide range of industries.

For the past 10 years Nirupama has worked with international training and consulting organizations. She has led business development efforts in India, as well as delivering training and managing a team of performance consultants.

Previously, Nirupama served at Citibank in the Corporate Banking divisions in Mumbai, Calcutta, and Chennai, working in the areas of Operations and Sales, Cash Management, Trade Finance, and Relationship Management.

Nirupama is also an accredited consultant with Mckinsey & Co. She has been certified in Cross-Cultural Management by Trompenaars Hampden-Turner, and she is a certified Behavioral Science Assessor for DISC and Chally assessments. She is a visiting faculty member with MDI, Gurgaon in the area of Business Communication.

Nirupama has completed her B.Com from Stella Maris College, Chennai, and her MBA in Finance & Marketing from XLRI, Jamshedpur in 1994. She was ranked among the top five in her batch. She is an avid reader and an author. Her first novel Keep The Change has just been released in India and is a national best seller. She has traveled extensively in India, Europe, America and South East Asia. She lives in Gurgaon, outside of New Delhi.
