Cynthia_Chen-2Cynthia Chen is an extremely tenured business professional, with over 17 years of experience in solution sales, training and consulting throughout Greater China.

As the Managing Director of Communispond Greater China now, Cynthia successfully built up brand reputation and established cooperation with many fortune500 companies.

Cynthia held sales and service positions during a 6-year career with HP China. Her proactive and customer-focused approach saw her ranked as the top sales performer. She also actively involved in voluntary internal training role and delivered Presentation at HP program.

Cynthia joined AchieveGlobal in 2001 as a Training Consultant, and expanded responsibilities to both business development and training delivery in 2003. With consistent top sales performance, she was promoted to Regional Sales Director. Leveraging her unparalleled training insight and experience, Cynthia led sales team to help clients apply training solutions to address business issues and bring about sustainable behavior change in the China context.

In 2007, Cynthia became AchieveGlobal Greater China Training Director, managing trainer development, seminar implementation and solution customization. Her credibility as a salesperson and seasoned facilitator were critical to her success in this demanding role. She probed deeply into client needs and constraints to ensure that these custom solutions delivered the desired learning outcomes.

Cynthia is the master trainer of Communispond and AchieveGlobal entire portfolio of presentation, sales, leadership and service programs. She was also certified and delivered Huthwaite, New Haven Consulting and Wilson Learning programs. Over the past 12 years, Cynthia has conducted workshops for over 100 clients in wide range of industries including technology, healthcare, consumer goods, electronics, chemicals, financial services, logistics, etc.. Her warm personality and passion for training help her to create a dynamic learning atmosphere. Cynthia’s design experience has given her a strong appreciation for the need to closely link new skills to the business challenges faced by participants and their organizations.

Cynthia also devotes herself into voluntary activities. She founded non-profit project-Career Intelligence, targeting to develop China university students to become professional leaders with intergrity. Career Intelligence program has successfully trained thousands of students from Tsinghua, Peking and other universities. She is also the voluntary trainers of multiple NGOs including Red Cross, Wave-5 and Junior Achievement.

Cynthia holds Bachelor and Master Degree in International Relations from Peking University.
